Account Manager
Customer support, taking care of both clients and potential customers, is the primary objective of kCura’s business development team. kCura believes a well-educated and highly responsive sales team is vital to the future success of the organization. This position will provide a wonderful opportunity for a versatile front office individual looking to combine technical skills, sales acumen, and customer service sensibilities to grow a fast-paced dynamic software company.
This position will initially concentrate on managing existing accounts, cultivating leads, and moving potential clients through the sales cycle. An Account Manager will work directly with and for the V.P. of Sales. Duties include:
- Managing existing Premium Hosting Partner accounts
- Managing existing Consulting Partner accounts
- Cultivating leads generated by the V.P. of Sales, CEO, or Marketing Department
- Engaging different groups at kCura (Support, Development, QA, Executive) to facilitate client presentations, Relativity demos, answer client questions, and respond to RFIs/RFPs
- Learning and becoming a proficient user of Relativity
- Being able to successfully demo Relativity via Web meetings or on-site to prospective clients
- Scheduling sales calls and appointments with prospective and existing customers
- Maintaining and performing data entry associated with kCura's CRM platform
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, project management, case management, or operations management in the Litigation Support industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of professionalism and responsiveness
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time and prioritize accordingly
- Technical background with operational or project management experience a plus
- Self motivated
- Highly organized
- Friendly and honest with an unparalleled level of customer commitment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a minimal amount of supervision
- A plan/methodology for generating new opportunities and building strong customer relationships

Software Developer
We are seeking a qualified software developer to help move our software forward. Your primary mission will be to help design, write, test, deploy and support new implementations of the tools that drive kCura.
We are looking for smart people with an eagerness to learn new technologies and solve complex problems, regardless of the particular software platforms and languages they have used in the past. If you are looking for a position where you can take on new projects, contribute more than just code, and want to be a part of a team, kCura may be the place for you.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience
- Significant expertise and fluency in one or more of the following: CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, VB.NET, CS.NET, and SQL
- Demonstrates analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to detail, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Self motivated
