The management team at kCura is comprised of:
Andrew Sieja
President and CEO
Andrew has 12 years of experience working in the technology industry. Andrew founded kCura in February 2001 as the President and CEO. During his six-year tenure with kCura, he has transformed the group from a consulting firm to a software company providing software solutions for the legal community. Prior to kCura, he was a senior consultant at Lante, Inc. an e-business consulting firm. At Lante, he led development and was a project manager working with clients such as Microsoft. From 1995-1999, Andrew served as the Messaging System Architect, responsible for the messaging infrastructure of the North American region for Siemens Build Technology. Andrew attended DePaul University, studying computer science, and has been a speaker on the subjects of programming and electronic messaging.
David Wisher
Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
David has 25 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting. David joined kCura in 2006 as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Prior to kCura he was the Chief Financial Officer of WaveCrest Group Enterprises, a global communications service provider. From 1997 through 2001, David served as Chief Financial Officer of Golden Telecom, Inc., NASDAQ “GLDN” a leading facilities-based provider of integrated telecommunications and Internet services in major population centers throughout Russia and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). David led the IPO of Golden in 1999, and raised $150 million to support the company’s aggressive expansion plans. David received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and received his CPA certificate from the state of Illinois.
Kit Mackie
Vice President of Development and Support
Kit has 8 years of experience in software and technology. Kit joined kCura in 2003 as a Developer, and was one of the original developers of the kCura technology frameworks. During his career he has managed the development of a diverse set of applications ranging from complex insurance applications, health care billing systems, hospital management, electronic discovery and mass tort management. Kit was instrumental in the design and architecture of kCura's core product offering, Relativity, and has developed a deep understanding of eDiscovery review and its tools, workflow, and processes. Prior to kCura, he worked as a consultant for Accenture. Kit received his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Nick Robertson
Vice President of Sales
Nick has 5 years of experience in electronic discovery, computer forensics, and litigation support. Nick joined kCura in 2007 as the VP of Sales and Marketing. Prior to kCura he was the Vice President of Technical Services for Forensicon, a Chicago-based computer forensics firm specializing in trade secrets, employment litigation, internal investigations, and the identification and preservation of electronic evidence. From 2003 through 2006, Nick served as a Senior Solutions Consultant for Encore Legal Solutions a leading provider of electronic data discovery and related services including Web hosting, imaging, coding, and reprographics. Nick received a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and International Business from Marquette University. He has attended computer forensics training from Guidance Software and AccessData. He has also been a speaker on the subject of electronic discovery.
